Way back in 1939 IBA Real Estate was established along with IBA General Trading Company and over a period of time we gradually expanded by adding Residential Complex and Commercial Buildings and started leasing and providing in house maintenance services.

Currently, we have a considerable staff strength with professionals and offers comprehensive services from selection of site and feasibility studies to Construction and Property Management. The range of Properties administered and leased in Qatar includes Residential complex (villas, compounds, apartments, labor camps) and Commercial such as office premises, shops, showrooms, school, store rooms).

Residential Properties in Doha owned by IBA Real Estate includes a total of over 1200 apartments, individual villas, compounds, labor camps altogether. These properties are characterized by a high standard of accommodation and leisure facilities.
